How FoodSaver works

FoodSaver helps restaurant operators and bookkeepers turn Toast exports into an Excel workbook they can review.

  1. Export the supported Toast files.
  2. Upload Item Selection and, when available, Modifier Selection.
  3. Confirm the column mapping.
  4. Generate a workbook with source rows, modifier joins, and visible exceptions.

FoodSaver does not make prep or demand forecasts in the current workflow. It keeps the original data reviewable so your team can reconcile issues before making business decisions.
